At Cokes Chapel United Methodist Church we seek to be the body of Christ for the transformation of the world. No easy task: but we operate out of God’s grace. It is because of what God has done and continues to do through Christ and the power of the Holy Spirt that keeps us together in mission, bonded in love, and rooted in the scriptural way of salvation that comes through Jesus. We are all on a journey of faith, watching over one another in love, allowing God to refine us through grace, and reaching out to others to share the good news of Christ. This is what it’s all about, coming together in the beautiful name of Jesus, to seek God’s ways over our own, and to see the kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.
